What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a generalist book of business: Handle a variety of accounts, including BOPs, cannabis accounts, bonds, construction, habitational, and artisan contractors.
  • Work with accounts $50k in premium or less: Focus on the small to middle market experience.
  • Provide top-notch service: This role is service-only. While cross-selling isn’t required, we do offer negotiation opportunities if you bring in your own business.
  • Utilize Epic management system: Experience with Epic is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
  • Enjoy hybrid work arrangements: After completing your training, you’ll have the flexibility to work both remotely and in the office.

  • Experience in small to middle market commercial lines: Understanding the needs of small businesses and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Service-oriented mindset: Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Ability to manage a diverse portfolio: From BOPs to artisan contractors, you’ll handle a variety of accounts with ease.
  • Flexibility and adaptability: Willing to learn and use the Epic management system, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
